Unfortunately we cannot accept returns. Our Baby formula and foods are hygienic and perishable food products that can not be returned. If we were to accept a return, we would be unable to verify its authenticity, putting all other customers at risk. We only sell baby food products delivered directly from the manufacturer or designated wholesale distributor.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
We want to reassure you that all our products leave our warehouse in perfect condition. If an item is delivered with dents or superficial creases on the box packaging, we consider it perfectly usable.Â
However, in extremely rare cases, if the inside silver packaging or the can is punctured, we consider this unacceptable damage and will work with you to resolve the issue. Please get in touch with our customer service at info@littleformula.com or use our contact form if your item has been delivered in an unusable condition.Â
In rare cases, our warehouse may make a human error and send you the wrong item. We apologize for any inconvenience. Please contact our customer support team, and we will make it right.
